I am Simon Newhill, a qualified and DBS checked personal trainer offering group classes and PT sessions across Tenbury Wells, Worcester, Bromyard and the surrounding areas. My aim is to help you push past your limits and realise that you can achieve whatever you set your mind to. Having been actively involved in sports throughout my life, I appreciate the importance of keeping fit and maintaining fitness in a structured and safe manner. This approach reduces the risk of injury and means that every session is designed to be enjoyable and empowering, so you'll want to keep coming back for more! To keep you on your toes, my training routines vary to work different areas of the body and to challenge you that little bit further with every session. Through cardio, high intensity training, body building and toning, we'll work together to promote your overall fitness and wellbeing.
